  • When an order contains several items and one of them is a custom product, the whole order ships together. If you would like the non-custom items to arrive sooner, please place two separate orders.
  • During peak periods delivery times can be affected, so you may need to confirm the latest deadlines with your preferred courier.
  • Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow its progress on our tracking page.
  • Every order leaves our warehouse within 24-48 hours of being placed.
